Last night saw the culmination of weeks of hard work for Former Pupil, Jasmine Mitchell (2020) in the final of The Great British Bake Off.
A classic iced bun signature, a tricky technical challenge and a stunning showstopper stood between the 3 remaining contenstants and the final judging of the GBBO.
Although struggling slighty in the technical challenge, Jasmine once again impressed the judges with her creativity, precision and use of classic flavours and was crowned the winner of the GBBO 2025!
Not only that Jasmine now holds a new GBBO record for winning 5 starbakers in a series - as well as the final.
A huge congratulations to Jasmine from everyone at Heriot's.
