Phoebe Strachan (Class of 2014) has won her 3rd Scottish Surfing title.

Phoebe took part in the 2022 Scottish Surfing Federation, Scottish Championships held at Brims Ness in Caithness. This year was the first year that women were allowed to surf the same wave as the men. Phoebe mentioned: "this is a big step forward in raising the bar for women's surfing in Scotland and I am so proud of us girls for stepping up and pushing the standard of Scottish surfing."

Phoebe was 5th in the 2021 British Championships and was the Scottish Women's Champ in 2018 and 2021.

Well done Phoebe, definitely a role model for aspiring surfers at Heriot's. The P7 Surf Club takes place weekly down at Belhaven Beach.
