Season 16 of the Great British Bake Off kicked off earlier this week…did anyone spot Former Pupil, Jasmine Mitchell (2020) in the line-up of bakers?
Since attending Heriot’s, Jasmine is now based in London and completing her medical degree.
Her love for baking and using fresh ingredients comes from family holidays to the Highlands when she was young, learning especially from her Mum and Aunt.
