A variety of Herioters, from Class Groups of 1953 to 2019, joined Principal Gareth Warren and members of the Development team - Julie Beattie and Miranda Henderson - for a wonderful pre Christmas Drinks Reception at Home House in Portman Square, London on Thursday 8 December 2022. 

The energy generated from conversations across the year groups was palpable, as was the sense of community of former pupils each of whom has walked the shared path of an education at George Heriot's School. Learning of different career choices was heart-warming, from  Sound Engineers, Film Makers, Renewable Energy and Recruitment Consultants to Personnel Directors, Fund Managers, Economists, Lawyers and work at the Foreign Office - it is clear Herioters move on into the world in a raft of different guises. 

A big thank you to all those who joined us for a terrific evening. A date will be announced shortly for a larger London event in May 2023.
