The remaining 5 bakers took on the gruelling challenge of Desserts in this week's Quarter Finals of the Great British Bake Off.

A wobbly signature, gluten free technical and free-standing showstopper tried and tested the bakers, as well as the judges who faced a tough decision on who was to leave the tent this week.

Flying the flag for the girls - Jasmine earned her 4th Star Baker in the tent, with her flavours and baking precision taking her through to the Semi-Finals next week.
