It was Patisserie Week for the Semi Finals of the Great British Bake Off 2025.

The Semi Finals saw the bakers face their toughest bakes yet with a carefully crafted cream horn signature, a stressful sugar dome technical and a mammoth macaron showstopper.

Despite not finishing her sugar dome, Jasmine still came first in the technical challenge and earned her 5th star baker of the series with her macaron Christmas Tree showstopper.

Only one other baker (from series 5) has ever won 5-star bakers, so congratulations to Jasmine for matching this GBBO record.
